Explore the art of Ballet in a fun, accessible way.
If you have ever wanted to try out Ballet but weren't sure where to start, this course will help guide you through the basics with a fun and warm approach.
Our experienced Ballet teacher, Julian will help you build your confidence with barre exercises, simple arrangements, and moving throughout the space using travelling steps.
Whether you are looking for a new form of exercise or aiming to progress to an Improver's class, this will help you build coordination, core muscle strength and flexibility. The beautiful live music by pianist Anna Gillespie will add to the experience, as you learn about music's relation to dance.
