Fermentation Celebration 2026: The Four Ks - kefir, kimchi, kombucha and kraut
An autumnal festival of harvest, preservation & abundance
You're invited to the fourth annual Fermentation Celebration, a joyful, bubbling day of bold flavours and shared discovery in OmVed's hillside gardens. This year's theme is the Four Ks: four ferments championed for their benefits to gut health.
In the morning, enjoy rapid-fire talks and Q&As with an expert on each of the Ks. In the afternoon, make your own ferment in hands-on sessions, tasting as you go, and take home starters to continue at your kitchen counter (bring your own jars!).
Throughout the day, browse the artisans' market of small-batch ferments, swap recipes and starters at the fermenters' exchange, and drop into the OmVed Kitchen for drinks.
Tickets
The full-day ticket with lunch is the best way to experience the festival, with a seasonal vegetarian lunch of OmVed-grown produce. Morning-only and afternoon-only tickets are also available; lunch can be added to any ticket.
