Move with freedom, feel the rhythm, and express yourself through contemporary dance.
This class is all about moving with energy, joy, and confidence. Sarah brings a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere to the studio, helping you build strength, control, and musicality in a way that feels good in your body, accompanied by live music that brings every moment to life.
We often begin with playful improvisation, followed by a rhythm-led warm-up to wake up the body and get you moving. From there, you'll explore exercises designed to build strength, flow, and ease.
Each class builds into a longer, dynamic phrase that brings everything together, full-body movement, rhythm, and coordination, so you can move with freedom, confidence, and plenty of energy.
