Take a moment for yourself this Friday. St George the Martyr Church is hosting a free Wellbeing Day on Friday 26 June, 12pm-4pm at 44 Queen Square, WC1N 3AH.
Drop in and choose your own pace - try slow looking around the historic church, quiet reflection and gratitude practice, origami (including peace cranes), mindful colouring, or simply lie on the floor and take in the beautiful architecture from a completely new angle.
No booking needed. All welcome.
